CAST Vancouver is a place where actors can bounce ideas of one another, where they can grow spiritually through bible-studies specifically geared towards actors, where they can question each other for moral and ethical feedback, and where they can stretch their acting muscles through exercises and rehearsals.

ROCHA RETREAT - sponsored by the Imago Vancouver Arts Network

Says Rob Des Cotes: "…we have just returned from a long weekend on Thetis Island in which VAN partnered with A Rocha (Christians in Conservation) for a rich weekend of arts and ecological activities. Also included were sessions of guided contemplative prayer, kayaking, tours in a whaler boat, hikes, outdoor music jams, a creativity showcase on Sat. night, three plenary sessions and an outdoor communion service on Sunday morning. We had over 75 people attend and feel very encouraged to repeat this event next year. As we are continuing to partner with A Rocha we will also be looking at day retreats at 'the Farm,' their new 10 acre property in White
